Before accepting the shipment, please ensure that the delivered item is as per your order, packing is in intact condition. In case there is any tampering in packing noticed at the time of delivery, the customer should refuse to take delivery and contact our customer care team.

Customers are advised to contact our customer care team immediately if the item received is found either in damaged / defected condition or not at par with the specification mentioned in the order placed on us.

Customers are required to return the item safely within 14 days from the date of receipt.

a) The original sale invoice must be sent along with the item without any damage thereto.
b) In the absence of original sale invoice along with original price tag, warranty card, barcode, user manual, unused condition of item in original packing the same will not be processed at our end for refund.

While returning, please mention the cause thereof enabling us to extend better service to customers.

Please ensure that there should not be any damage to the item while returning the same. In case there is any damage to the items, the same will not either be accepted or the proportionate deduction will be made. No refund will be made in case the merchandise ordered is different /changed.
